Motivation essays

Funding and logistics

This section is need-blind. Your answers here are stored in a separate table, visible only to the association's President, and are never seen by anyone judging your application. They are opened only after selection, to organise travel and accommodation for those who need it.

Every field below is optional. If you leave it blank, we take it that you are not requesting assistance. If you are, answer honestly; it cannot hurt your application.

Section 7

Identity document and declarations

Identity document. A clear photo of your national identity card (the front) or the photo page of your passport, taken with your phone. The photo is converted on your device before it is sent, encrypted on our server, seen only by the admissions team, and used for the venue's attendee list. No PDF or scanned files: a photo is enough.

I am available for all four days in Casablanca, 22 to 25 October 2026. I am available for the four online workshops in the first week of October, at the dates confirmed after preselection. I understand that a confirmed place must be taken up, that withdrawal without a serious reason is recorded, and that the attendee list is locked ten days before the conference. I will respect the code of conduct, the dress code and the venue's security rules, including the prohibited items list. I consent to photographs and recordings taken during the conference being used by Moroccan Youth Diplomats and its partners. I consent to my name, date of birth and identity document number being transmitted to the Regional Security Officer of the U.S. Consulate General in Casablanca if I am selected. I have read how my data is handled (Law 09-08) on the conference page and I consent to this processing.
