What you can expect from us, and what we expect in return.

These terms apply to youthdiplomats.ma and to participation in the programs of Moroccan Youth Diplomats (“MYD”), a youth-led nonprofit founded in 2024 and based at 9 Bis Egypt St., Tangier, Morocco.
By using this site or applying to a program, you accept what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site.
The site is provided for information about MYD, its programs, and how to join. You may read, quote and link to it freely. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material.
Submitting an application does not create any entitlement to a place. Delegations, conferences and training programs have limited capacity, and selection is made by the Executive Board on the basis of the criteria published for each program. Decisions are final, though we will always explain the criteria if you ask.
Information you give us must be accurate. Misrepresenting your age, school, academic record or eligibility is grounds for withdrawing a place at any stage, including after selection.
Some programs — in particular international delegations — carry participation fees that cover registration, travel or accommodation. Where a fee applies, the amount, what it covers and the payment deadline are stated in writing before you commit. Fees paid to third parties on your behalf (conference registrations, flights, visa costs) are subject to those parties' own cancellation terms, and we cannot refund what we cannot recover.
Delegates are responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining any required visa, and meeting the entry rules of the destination country. We help, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of a visa application.
MYD members represent Morocco in international settings. While participating in any MYD activity, you are expected to follow the rules of the host institution, treat other participants with respect, and refrain from conduct that would bring the organisation or the country into disrepute. Harassment, discrimination and intimidation are grounds for immediate removal from a program, without refund.
The MYD name, logo, seal and the text, design and photography on this site belong to Moroccan Youth Diplomats or are used with permission. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not use our name, logo or seal to imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership without our written agreement.
Anything you send us — an application, a message, a photograph submitted for our channels — remains yours. By sending it you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for, and, in the case of event photography and delegate testimonials, to publish it on our website and social channels. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
This site links to external sites and embeds content from services we do not control, including Instagram and Google Forms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
We keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. Program dates, fees and eligibility can change; the version communicated to you directly in writing is the one that governs. Our executive portal is currently offline pending a rebuild.
To the extent Moroccan law permits, MYD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. MYD is a nonprofit run largely by volunteers; we ask you to read these terms in that spirit.
How we handle personal data is set out separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us falls to the competent courts of Tangier.
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
